JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Set and champion a bold, brand-forward marketing vision that differentiates the company and creates emotional connection with customers at scale.
  • Lead enterprise, omnichannel marketing strategies that integrate brand storytelling with performance marketing to drive traffic, conversion, and lifetime value.
  • Oversee all marketing functions including brand strategy, creative, digital and performance marketing, print, email, search (SEO/SEM), social media, sponsorships, CRM, and loyalty programs.
  • Define and evolve brand positioning, value propositions, and customer promises to ensure clarity, consistency, and relevance across every touchpoint.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to inform strategy, prioritize investments, and optimize outcomes.
  • Establish enterprise marketing KPIs, dashboards, and attribution models to clearly measure impact, ROI, and business contribution.
  • Anticipate shifts in customer behavior, technology, and competitive dynamics; translate insight into agile, forward-looking strategies.
  • Lead new store and market-entry marketing strategies that generate excitement, accelerate awareness, and build strong local brand presence.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align brand, promotional strategy, merchandising, operations, real estate, and growth initiatives.
  • Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing marketing organization with strong succession planning, talent development, and accountability.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, bringing informed perspectives, decisive recommendations, and enterprise-wide influence.
  • Exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making authority while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support innovation and business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within large-scale retail, consumer, or omnichannel environments.
  • Demonstrated success building and evolving powerful brands while delivering measurable growth and commercial impact.
  • Deep expertise in data-driven marketing, analytics, CRM, loyalty ecosystems, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to integrate brand strategy with performance marketing and revenue objectives.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear direction and action.
  • Executive-level communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience scaling teams, platforms, and processes in fast-growth environments.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and modern marketing technology platforms.
