The Company is seeking a Chief Digital Marketing and Strategy Officer (CDMSO) to join its executive leadership team. This role demands a leader with a strong background in digital marketing, data analytics, and technology, particularly within the sports, entertainment, or consumer-facing industries. The CDMSO will oversee a range of functions, including business strategy, marketing technology, performance marketing, and creative marketing, and must be adept at integrating these into a cohesive, data-driven ecosystem. Strategic leadership, exceptional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights are essential.

Applicants for the CDMSO position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in digital strategy, marketing, or analytics leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving organizational transformation through data and digital innovation. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, martech ecosystems, CRM, and customer data platforms, as well as strong command of analytics tools and data visualization platforms.
