About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join its executive leadership team. The CMO will be instrumental in shaping clinical strategy, ensuring quality outcomes, and leading a team of dedicated providers in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. This role is pivotal in a mission-driven environment, where the focus is on making a tangible difference in the health of diverse communities.

Key responsibilities for the CMO include supervising and mentoring a multidisciplinary provider team, leading policy development, and serving as the clinical voice for the Board of Directors and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be expected to deliver patient care in alignment with their specialty training, conduct exams, manage treatment plans, and promote preventive and coordinated care. The ideal candidate for the CMO position at the company will have current professional licensure in Pennsylvania, national certification, and at least 5 years of clinical leadership and administrative experience in a primary care setting. The role requires a proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain high standards of patient care, as well as strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. The CMO will be part of a collaborative culture, working closely with administration, staff, and the Board of Directors, and will be expected to uphold the values of the organization, which include quality, integrity, respect, teamwork, and communication.
