Digital Marketing Manager - Healthcare / Hospital

Our client is the Marketing department of a Medical College seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support a service line. This is an ongoing freelance assignment that will start around 20 hours/week (during regular EST hours) and should gradually increase as more work is identified.

This will be onsite 3 days a week and as the hours increase it will then be 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. This is 20 hours to start with a strong potential to increase and go fulltime.

The Digital Marketing Manager will support

• Experience with a CMS (they use Drupal but that specific one is not required)
• Website updates and maintenance
• eNewsletters: content curation, upload into Constant Contact, send out emails, track click performance, etc.
• Social media: post to X twice per week
• Coordination across Corporate Affairs - Media, Social Media, etc.
• Suggestions for content to share, such as more patient stories
• some basic design for social media is required as well

This position does require experienc with writing

The Digital Marketing Manager must have over 5 years of experience in managing marketing projects, including website management, newsletters, social media, and other areas such as video, graphic design, etc.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
