Creative Eats Media is a growing social media marketing agency specializing exclusively in restaurants. We work with restaurants across the country, handling their social media content, professional photography/video, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, advertising, and more.

We’re looking for an experienced, confident Inbound Sales Closer to join our team remotely and handle sales calls with restaurant owners who are already interested in our services.

This is NOT a cold-calling position. We generate and pay for our own advertising, and qualified restaurant owners book sales calls directly onto your calendar. Your job is to take those calls, understand what the restaurant needs, explain our services and packages, handle objections, follow up, and close new accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Take scheduled inbound sales calls with restaurant owners
• Explain Creative Eats Media's services and packages
• Identify the prospect's needs and recommend the appropriate package
• Confidently handle pricing and common sales objections
• Follow up with interested prospects who don't close on the first call
• Send agreements/payment information and follow through until the deal is completed
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM
• Consistently meet sales and closing goals
• Communicate with our internal team when a new client signs up

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales/closing experience required
• B2B, digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or agency sales experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable selling services in the $1,000–$1,500+ monthly range
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
• Confident speaking directly with business owners
• Strong follow-up skills — we don't want someone who gives up after one call
• Organized, reliable, and responsive
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Professional Zoom/phone setup and reliable internet
• Must be available during our scheduled Pacific Time sales hours

Compensation

$18–$20/hour plus uncapped commission

You will earn 10% of the first month's collected payment for every new client you close, in addition to your hourly compensation.

Our current service packages range from approximately $999–$1,549+ per month, meaning commission is typically around $100–$155+ per new account closed.

There is no cap on commission. The more accounts you close, the more you earn.

We provide the advertising, leads, scheduled appointments, sales materials, training, and services. You focus on selling and closing.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long-term as we continue increasing our advertising and inbound lead volume.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 8.0 per week
