Job Summary
Cvent is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager to support clients leveraging our Onsite and Virtual Solutions.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, managing their pre-event and onsite or virtual experience using the Cvent Platform.
- Directly support and consult with clients on how to best leverage Cvent's Virtual and Onsite Solutions.
- Manage several concurrent projects while adhering to project milestones and internal metrics.
- Provide advice, consultation, and training to clients based on industry best practices.
- Offer best-in-class technical support backed by timelines created specifically for each project.
- Communicate effectively with diverse internal and client stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
