Social Media Manager - Children's Fashion Brand!

Our client, a children's fashion brand, is seeking a Social Media Manager to join their team in their NYC office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, traffic and conversion across relevant platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including creating and curating content, scheduling and publishing content, monitoring comments/messages and community management.
  • Build social media editorial calendars to drive engagement, celebrate brand moments and drive sales throughout the year and key selling seasons.
  • Utilize “boosting” and audience strategies to reach qualified consumers across social media and increase reach.
  • Ideate and execute social media big ideas to drive broader marketing KPIs.
  • Manager YouTube with up-to-date relevant campaign videos.
  • Work with marketing leadership to develop social media KPIs.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Social media experience within a direct-to-consumer company preferred. Apparel experience a plus.
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation across various platforms.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing with strong experience working with creators directly, managing agency campaigns (ex. IZEA), and working with influencer platforms and/or affiliate networks (ex. Grin, Aspire IQ, LTK).
  • Must have previous experience with community management.
  • Affiliate marketing a plus.
  • Must be able to create as well as curate content for social media platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software. Knowledge of Dash Hudson a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly. GA4 knowledge a plus.
