Job Title: VP Channel Marketing Strategy

• Role Summary:
• Create and execute marketing strategy to support growth in Individual Markets Annuity business.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and resources for new product launches.
• Prioritize initiatives that drive sales strategy and revenue objectives.

The incumbent will lead a team of marketing strategists who determine projects enabling awareness, engagement, and lead generation across broker dealer segments. This role reports directly to Managing Director Head Client Marketing Digital Solutions.

The position requires excellent collaboration skills ability mentor coach other team members toward achieving shared goals.
