We are looking for a smart, creative, and data-driven Marketing Leader to guide our growth in the United States. This role is for someone who loves using data, building strong campaigns, and creating powerful brand stories. You will lead our US marketing strategy, boost brand visibility, and help us reach the right customers for our IT services.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
Build and lead the marketing strategy for the US market.
Grow brand awareness and support strong sales pipelines.
Drive digital, content, event, and account-based marketing plans.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Run ROI-focused digital campaigns across social, search, email, and display.
Build and improve customer funnels using data and insights.
Track key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or Power BI.
Customer Profiling & Journey Mapping
Create customer segments and detailed buyer profiles.
Build end-to-end customer journeys for prospects and clients.
Use personalization to increase engagement and conversions.
Campaign Management
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and partner channels.
Work with sales to run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
Creative & Brand Leadership
Guide the creation of strong marketing content and designs.
Keep brand messaging clear and consistent across all platforms.
Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and leadership to align goals.
Manage agencies, vendors, and partner teams.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, especially with US-based agencies or consulting firms.
- Strong skills in performance marketing, analytics, and campaign execution.
- Experience in creating customer profiles and building customer journeys.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation (preferred).
- Good knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent storytelling, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ABM and B2B enterprise buyers (CIO, CTO, IT leaders).
- Knowledge of MarTech tools and optimization methods.
- Ability to manage budgets and agency relationships.
- Strong balance of creativity and data-based decision-making.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Analytics.
- Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
