Digital Marketing Specialist

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will support the implementation of digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and online engagement; Assist in implementing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and email, following direction from senior team members; Help monitor campaign performance and gather basic analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify; Plan monthly social media campaigns and content creation and manage scheduling and publishing across platforms; Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns, helping with list segmentation, basic design setup, and performance tracking; Upload and update product content, images, and promotional banners on the website or e-commerce platforms under guidance; Conduct research on current digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to help inform the marketing strategy; Monitor social media channels for comments and messages, helping to respond to customer inquiries or flagging them to the appropriate team member; Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as maintaining content calendars, organizing digital assets, and preparing campaign recaps. Salary $61,797/yr.
