About the Role

IDEA is looking for a Marketing Specialist who understands niche marketing, specialized markets, and high-quality product. This person will bring the ability and extensive experience to perform all related marketing touchpoints in hands-on, onsite.

You'll execute from start to finish content production, digital campaigns, website management and SEO, social media, in-house video and collateral production - and work together with IDEA's President on further marketing strategies and increased conversion rate.

This is the perfect position for someone who wants to take responsibility for IDEA's marketing activities within the day-to-day operations and courses, and wants to directly experience the impact of their work.
