Qualifications
- Proven background in sales or sales leadership, with a talent for closing deals and hitting targets.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate clearly across various platforms like Zoom, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Tech-savvy with professional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A resilient mindset with the ability to handle sensitive, confidential data with total discretion.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and the flexibility to travel 3-4 weeks annually.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment and remain open to constructive coaching and professional growth.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to boost firm revenue.
- Serve as a mentor and coach for staff, teaching effective techniques for overcoming client objections and improving service delivery.
- Manage regional operations by coordinating with area managers across five different states.
- Execute local outreach through cold calling, business-to-business networking, and professional presentations.
- Ensure all physical office locations meet high brand standards and are prepared for seasonal openings.
- Support recruitment efforts and help identify top-tier talent to join the marketing and tax teams.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for our clients, which includes assisting with general office upkeep when necessary.
