  • Tech-savvy with professional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • A resilient mindset with the ability to handle sensitive, confidential data with total discretion.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and the flexibility to travel 3-4 weeks annually.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment and remain open to constructive coaching and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to boost firm revenue.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach for staff, teaching effective techniques for overcoming client objections and improving service delivery.
  • Manage regional operations by coordinating with area managers across five different states.
  • Execute local outreach through cold calling, business-to-business networking, and professional presentations.
  • Ensure all physical office locations meet high brand standards and are prepared for seasonal openings.
  • Support recruitment efforts and help identify top-tier talent to join the marketing and tax teams.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for our clients, which includes assisting with general office upkeep when necessary.
