Job Discription
Event Planning and Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage field marketing initiatives(in-person events, trade shows, conferences, SKO, high level meetings and executive dinners)
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
- Work with marketing and design teams to develop event themes, branding, and promotional materials for events
- Manage logistics such as venue coordination, catering, A/V, signage and compliance with internal policies
- Support hybrid and virtual event through Zoom backend management, speaker coordination, and detailed run-of-show documentation
- Maintain an internal calendar of upcoming events and ensure all teams are aligned on timeline and deliverable
- Oversee inventory or tradeshow materials – booth properties, signage, collateral, swag, etc. and manage fulfillment and replenishment
Stakeholder & Cross Functional Collaboration
- Serve as primary liaison between the marketing and sales teams to ensure tight alignment on priorities and targets of marketing activations
- Partner with sales teams to align event strategy with organizational goals and provide guidance on best practices
- Collaborate with the finance team to oversee vendor payments and process event-related invoices. Act as the primary liaison to ensure timely payment completion, manage procurement processes, and facilitate invoicing between Mphasis and event vendors/partners.

Event System & Operations
- Maintain organized systems for event documentation, templates, and historical data to support knowledge sharing
- Administer systems for registrations, attendee
