The Director, Global Brand Experience & Events will lead event projects, conceptualize, plan, and execute brand experiential initiatives worldwide. This includes runway, brand image, and consumer/retail events across various Calvin Klein product categories.

In addition to global projects, this role translates global marketing strategies into seasonal experiential approaches for Regions and Licensees, leading execution governance to deliver on brand standards worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

STRATEGY

o Partner with the Sr. Director to develop global event programs elevating brand positioning.

o Drive seasonal global strategies for Regions and Licensee experiential.

GLOBAL BRAND EXPERIENCE + EVENTS

o Serve as an executive event producer and in-house experiential expert.

o Head project lead for priority global events, owning end-to-end planning, team management, and agency collaboration.

o Lead cross-functional collaboration, alignment, and communication with internal/external partners to deliver high-quality events.

o Propose and vet new partners, creating event materials, leadership presentations, and detailed agency RFPs.

o Function as a self-starter, generating ideas and opportunities within the cultural zeitgeist.

REGIONS & LICENSEE

o Translate global marketing strategies into experiential approaches for Regions & Licensee, leading team development of scalable seasonal directives.

o Establish strong partnerships with Regions & Licensee leads, driving governance efforts and streamlined communication.

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES

o Develop and manage project-based budgets, contributing to annual planning and identifying efficiencies.
