Digital Marketing Specialist (Work from Home)

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing activities align with the company’s goals and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
- Develop, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, PPC, SEO, display ads).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Content Creation & Strategy
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce creative assets such as graphics, videos, and landing pages.
- Plan and manage the content calendar for consistent and aligned brand messaging.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink outreach to improve search engine rankings.
- Track website analytics and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Recommend improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and community engagement.
- Track social media trends and recommend strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for key marketing metrics.
- Use insights from analytics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Collaboration
- Work with internal teams including sales, design, and product to support their marketing needs.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or contractors when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
