About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Marketing Specialist who will play a vital role in defining the market positioning of our products and enhancing customer experiences. In this dynamic position, you will design the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for key product launches, creating engaging narratives and content, empowering sales and growth teams, and executing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. This position is high-impact and cross-functional, requiring strategic insights, clear storytelling, and the ability to translate customer insights into effective positioning and GTM strategies. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and Content teams to present our products compellingly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft unique product positioning and messaging that resonates with target personas across various industries.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, updates, and vertical campaigns, from narrative development to enablement and execution.
  • Collaborate with Product and Research teams to turn customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analyses into actionable strategies.
  • Support sales and customer success with materials such as collateral, pitch decks, competitive briefs, and case studies that aid in closing and retaining customers.
  • Establish ongoing feedback mechanisms between go-to-market teams and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product strategy.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and brand advocate in internal and external contexts, including webinars, events, and customer-facing opportunities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, logistics, or high-growth tech sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic go-to-market plans that yield significant results.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a flair for turning complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to successfully bring products to market and drive revenue growth.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a talent for transforming insights into effective messaging and programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel in ambiguous situations while maintaining keen attention to detail.

You should embody a self-starter attitude with a sense of ownership—comfortable participating in strategy discussions as well as writing campaign briefs and creating presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to diverse personas, including technical, executive, and operational buyers.
  • Prior exposure to fintech, logistics, supply chain, or cyber security and other complex industries.
  • Experience in partner enablement, multi-product environments, or global campaigns.
