Important: This position focuses on marketing and growing Internet and broadband services. Candidates with experience exclusively in traditional telephone, cellular, wireless, or mobile phone marketing or without direct Internet/Broadband experience will not be considered a priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute marketing strategies for residential, MDU, and commercial Internet services, driving subscriber growth, market penetration, and revenue.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new fiber broadband launches and geographic expansions, establishing competitive positioning and brand differentiation.
- Drive customer acquisition and demand generation across digital, inbound, social media, and community-based channels while optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC) and marketing ROI.
- Develop pricing, packaging, promotional, and product strategies to increase subscriber growth, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), and overall profitability.
- Lead customer retention, loyalty, and engagement initiatives to improve customer experience, increase NPS, and reduce subscriber churn.
- Own and optimize the company's CRM and Marketing Technology (MarTech) ecosystem, preferably Salesforce, leveraging analytics and automation to improve marketing performance.
- Establish KPIs and competitive intelligence programs to measure campaign effectiveness, identify market opportunities, and guide business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while managing departmental budgets, financial performance, and P&L responsibilities.
- Partner with executive leadership, sales, and operations to align marketing initiatives with the company's growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in senior marketing, commercial, or sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Strong preference for experience in Cable Broadband, Fiber Internet, Residential Broadband, or ISP businesses.
- Proven track record of driving Internet subscriber acquisition, revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention.
- Experience with residential and/or commercial Internet services, including go-to-market strategies, new market launches, pricing, and product positioning.
- Strong understanding of broadband business metrics, including subscriber growth, CAC, churn, ARPU, and marketing ROI.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing marketing teams, managing budgets, and overseeing P&L performance.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and MarTech platforms, preferably Salesforce, as well as digital marketing and demand generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
