We’re looking for an energetic, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to help take our newest brand to the next level. In this highly visible role, you’ll report directly to the Regional Business Unit Marketing Leader and play a key part in shaping how customers discover, engage with, and convert through our digital channels.

You’ll be at the center of data-driven decision-making—analyzing the full customer journey, optimizing campaign performance, and leading A/B testing and experimentation to fuel growth across our DTC channel. Key Focus Areas

  • Analyze customer journey data across multiple marketing touchpoints to drive targeted traffic, qualified leads, and conversions to our DTC channel
  • Optimize marketing campaign performance by monitoring and analyzing key metrics such as CTR, website traffic, conversion rates, ROI/ROAS, CPA, and CLV
  • Lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation to refine marketing tactics, messaging, and creative elements for improved performance

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Planning

  • Lead and elevate the brand’s digital presence across its website, social platforms, and additional online channels by staying ahead of market trends and competitive activity
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and growth objectives
  • Stay informed on emerging industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to continuously evolve marketing approaches

Campaign Development & Management

  • Partner closely with the internal creative team to develop high-impact assets for digital campaigns
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across channels including paid social, SEM, email marketing, and online retail platforms
  • Own campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and performance

Analysis & Optimization

  • Evaluate campaign performance using key KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, CAC, and CLV, leveraging advanced analytics tools
  • Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities to continuously enhance campaign strategies
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to assess different marketing approaches, messaging, and creative variations
  • Apply testing insights to refine campaigns and drive consistent improvements in performance metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure a unified and effective marketing strategy
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to inform future initiatives

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven success developing and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data analysis tools and performance metrics
