Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and results-oriented Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead and evolve our digital marketing initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and a passion for driving performance at scale.

In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end digital strategy, mentor and grow a high-performing team, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure every digital touchpoint supports business objectives and delivers a best-in-class customer journey.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute a holistic, end-to-end digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, content, and mobile marketing to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Ensure digital initiatives align with overarching business goals, brand standards, and customer lifecycle strategies

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Maximize ROI and key performance indicators through data-driven decision-making and ongoing performance refinement

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Leverage advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems) to analyze complex performance data
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to senior leadership to inform strategic direction

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals and external agency partners
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and professional development

Budget Management

  • Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of performance targets

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with sales, product marketing, creative, and IT teams to deliver cohesive messaging, integrated storytelling, and a seamless customer experience across channels

Trend Identification & Innovation

  • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies (including AI and automation)
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation to keep the organization competitive in an evolving digital landscape

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within digital marketing

Technical Expertise

  • Full-funnel digital marketing strategy and execution, from awareness through retention
  • Performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, and retail media
  • Web and campaign analytics using GA4 and marketing dashboards (ROAS, CAC, LTV)
  • Experience with customer data platforms (CDP), CRM systems, and audience segmentation
  • Marketing automation and lifecycle marketing programs (email, nurture, retention)
  • A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Budget forecasting, media planning, and performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, or similar
  • Campaign reporting, attribution modeling, and insights generation

Soft Skills & Leadership Qualities

  • Preferred experience collaborating with cross-functional teams based in China, including working across time zones and cultural contexts
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, innovative thinker with a data-driven mindset
