Content Strategy & Social Media Execution for Personal Brand on Instagram

I am looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-oriented content partner to help me build and scale my personal brand, primarily on Instagram, with secondary growth on TikTok.
This is not a traditional social media manager role. I am not looking for someone to simply post content or follow instructions. I am looking for a thinking partner who can help me stay focused, structured, and consistent while we co-create high-performing, viral-ready content together.
Because this is my personal brand, voice, and likeness, this role requires collaboration, discernment, and strong creative instincts.
Time commitment: 10–15 hours per week to start
Goal: Aggressive Instagram growth with the aim of reaching 100k followers within ~3 months

What This Role Looks Like in Practice
You will work closely with me to
- Help define and refine content pillars, themes, and angles for my personal brand
- Brainstorm viral content ideas, hooks, and formats
- Co-create a content calendar that balances consistency with flexibility
- Act as an accountability partner to ensure content actually gets created and posted
- Help keep me focused and out of overthinking or chasing too many directions
Execution will be shared. Some content I will create. Some content you may create or refine. We will work in tandem.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with me weekly to plan and prioritize content
- Help turn my raw ideas, voice notes, and writing into polished posts and carousels
- Refine captions and copy while preserving my voice
- Assist with carousel design and visual formatting (based on my content)
- Edit or help assemble select Reels or B-roll content when appropriate
- Identify trends, formats, and patterns that support viral growth
- Help maintain structure, cadence, and momentum so content does not stall
This role may evolve over time as we find a workflow that works for both of us.
