About the role

We’re a founder-led ecommerce athletic brand in the very early stages. This role is about turning raw founder ideas into published content efficiently and consistently.

The founder records short voice notes with ideas, observations, and drafts. Your job is to use AI tools to clean them up, improve clarity and structure, and prepare them for publishing. The founder will review and approve everything before it goes live.

This is a great role for someone who is comfortable working with AI, likes structure, and wants exposure to building a brand from day one.

Responsibilities

– Take short founder voice notes or rough text drafts

– Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve clarity, flow, and tone

– Lightly edit for structure and readability while keeping the founder’s voice intact

– Prepare approved content for LinkedIn posts

– Prepare approved content for a simple founder-led newsletter

– Schedule or publish content once approved

– Maintain a simple content log so nothing gets lost

This role is not

– A growth hacking or paid ads role

– A strategy or “go viral” role

– A brand voice role (you are refining the founder’s voice, not replacing it)

Ideal candidate

– Comfortable using AI tools daily to edit and improve writing

– Comfortable using Notion

– Some copywriting or content experience is helpful

– Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

– Comfortable working with approvals and feedback

– Basic understanding of LinkedIn and newsletters

– Interest in startups, ecommerce, or athletic/l lifestyle brands

Nice to have (not required)

– Experience supporting a founder or small team

– Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Docs, or email platforms

– Interest in fitness, sports, or community-driven brands

Budget and growth

This is a low-cost role by design. We are pre-revenue and keeping expenses minimal. There is opportunity to grow with the company over time as the brand scales.
