Social Media and Growth Manage

We are looking for a part-time Social Media & Growth Specialist who can fully manage our marketing.

Your responsibilities

• Create content & post 12–16 short videos per month (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Manage content strategy, hooks, captions, hashtags
• Reply to general DMs and collect lead information
• Track leads in Google Sheets
• Maintain and optimize our landing page
• Suggest marketing ideas monthly
• Report weekly (simple summary)

What we will do

• Approve scripts
• Approve videos
• Handle parent-level conversations
• Handle payments & booking
• Provide brand voice and business goals

Requirements

• Strong experience with TikTok/IG editing
• Knowledge of trends and viral formats
• Good English
• Able to work independently
• Creative problem solver
• Comfortable managing everything with little supervision
