1. Research and master educational micro-content from benchmark
creators
You study a small, fixed group of benchmark creators (Alex Hormozi, James Sinclair,
The Futur, Sabri Suby) to understand how educational micro-content is distributed at
scale.
This includes
- Studying the systems they’ve built: cadence, repetition, simplicity, quality control,
and why their output looks the way it does.
- Analysing how ideas are structured, how language is simplified, and how stan-
dards are maintained.
- Taking written notes on patterns that appear consistently across strong educa-
tional content.
- Collecting examples and sharing observations with us that explain why
something works.
Your instinct: What system is producing this result, and what does that teach us about
distribution?
2. Build and maintain a continuous content pipeline
You own the flow of content from capture through to publication.
This includes
- Supporting in capturing content whenever opportunities arise, planned or
unplanned.
- Actively building a growing library and backlog of content.
- Tracking how much content exists at each stage of the pipeline.
- Making sure the system always has more content than it immediately needs.
Your instinct: What else can we capture right now to grow the library?
