Social Media Marketing & Design help with Instagram Carousels/Reels, VSL, and ongoing work

Soul Integrated Athletics is looking for someone who can help create foundational business structure - i.e pinned carousels and reels on IG to build brand awareness and identity. Sales flow information such as a VSL, readiness application, proposal, etc...if it's a match and we enjoyed working together then there would be steady ongoing work in the future. I want someone who is punctual, enjoys being creative but can adhere to the feel of the brand and business we are creating. Someone who understands this is a new business and I have to be respectful of a budget while wanting clean, modern and professional work. Someone who has experience in the industry of Social Media but isn't stuck in doing things ONE way because that's what everyone says to do.
