• Manage daily social media posting schedules using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent engagement.
• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities.
• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and reach.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
• Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong community relationships.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to align messaging and enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach.
• Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost content reach and target specific audience segments effectively.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while ensuring content quality through proofreading and editing.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms using scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management techniques.
• Experience in e-commerce environments or online retail is a plus.
