Our client, a leading force in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, is looking for an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the growth of their premium beverage portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive market share, consumer engagement, and profitability. This includes managing all aspects of the brand, from product innovation and marketing campaigns to P&L management and consumer insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, supply chain, and agencies, to ensure the successful launch of new products and the ongoing optimization of existing ones. Key responsibilities involve understanding consumer needs and market trends, identifying competitive advantages, and crafting compelling brand narratives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proven experience in developing integrated marketing plans, and a passion for building strong, resonant brands. You will also be adept at managing marketing budgets effectively and measuring campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Developing go-to-market strategies, overseeing advertising and promotional activities, and managing digital presence will be crucial. A deep understanding of the beverage industry and FMCG landscape is essential. The Brand Manager will champion the brand vision and ensure its consistent representation across all touchpoints. Manage agency relationships and ensure effective campaign execution. Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to optimize distribution and availability. Monitor brand performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively. Drive consumer engagement and build brand loyalty.
