Growth Marketer - Remote

We’re an NYC-based AI startup helping people find jobs 10× faster using AI.

We’ve reached 40,000+ users so far, launched our new mobile app, and now we want to scale to 400,000 — fast.

We’re looking for someone who gets excited by growth experiments, performance data, and scrappy execution.

Your mission → own mobile growth end-to-end

• Paid Acquisition: ASA / Meta / TikTok (creative + A/B + optimization + scaling)
• Influencer Partnerships: sourcing → outreach → negotiation → tracking → doubling down on what works
• Growth Loops: referral mechanics, viral content ideas, onboarding/paywall experiments
• Analytics: funnel & retention insights through PostHog / GA4 to guide next experiments
