Opportunity:
The Marketing Operations Associate/Specialist will ensure accurate, high-quality lead data across their CRM platform, supporting decision-making for multiple brands. Collaborating with agencies and local teams, you'll use tools like Zapier to optimize data sources, improving customer journey insights and lead generation quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Integration & Attribution: Connect CRM, analytics, and lead generation tools for clean, reliable data flow.
- Agency Collaboration: Ensure agency execution aligns with data quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Enhance lead attribution accuracy with local teams.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report lead data quality, recommending improvements.
- Documentation: Standardize data processes and maintain clear documentation.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for incomplete data.
- Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
