As the Client Services Director, you will play a pivotal role in project oversight, team management, and new business development. The ideal candidate is imaginative, efficient, and charismatic!
The Role:
- Manage client relationships, provide regular updates, drive revenue projections, report to leadership, coordinate with finance on timely invoicing and payments, and oversee client contracts.
- Leads and oversees client accounts to proactively meet and anticipate their needs.
- Actively liaises with production, creative, design, technical teams, and clients.
- Collaborates with strategy and creative teams to craft responses and new business pitches.
