Our Growth Marketing team is seeking a passionate and experienced Affiliate & Partnerships Marketing Manager with a proven track record of successfully owning and scaling affiliate and partnership programs. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and managing Noom’s affiliate program, executing strategic initiatives, and cultivating relationships across a variety of marketing partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, the marketing funnel, and the customer lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Affiliate Program Management: Execute affiliate marketing strategies that support Noom’s overall marketing and brand goals, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and onboard high-quality affiliates who align with Noom's target audience and brand values, ensuring they understand Noom’s mission and can effectively promote our products.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with affiliate partners. Communicate program goals, provide performance insights, and offer ongoing support to affiliates to ensure success and mutual growth.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage affiliate performance data to monitor KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV). Continuously optimize campaigns and strategies to improve affiliate performance and drive revenue.
- Reporting & Insights: Track, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance. Provide actionable insights and updates to leadership to ensure programs are on track and meeting goals.
- Contract Negotiations & Compliance: Negotiate competitive commission structures and terms with affiliates. Ensure all affiliate agreements comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure affiliate strategies align with Noom’s overall marketing efforts. Collaborate on creative materials, landing pages, and campaign ideas to maximize affiliate success.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing. Propose and implement new solutions to keep Noom’s affiliate program competitive and evolving.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on high-growth, direct-to-consumer environments, preferably in the subscription and/or healthcare industries. Direct brand experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and handle multiple tasks while solving problems independently.
- Technically savvy, with demonstrated knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms – direct experience with Impact Radius is a strong plus.
- Experience negotiating partnership deals with various payment models (CPA, CPM, CPL, CPC, etc).
- A data-driven mindset with an analytical approach to decision-making, performance analysis, and generating actionable insights.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a knack for fostering collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams.
- Confident under pressure and grows and learns from challenging experiences.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), capable of presenting complex information and strategy to relevant stakeholders.

Base Salary
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $162,000.
- The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
