Your Role: As a Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and distributing enterprise content across various channels. You will ensure our messaging aligns with the strategic goals and resonates with our global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Publication: Develop and publish engaging content for enterprise channels, including MySource carousel stories, banners, event cards, SharePoint sites, Poppulo, and digital signage.
- Communication Coordination: Prepare comprehensive comms packs, briefing documents, slides, talking points, and FAQs to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
- Newsletter Production: Lead the creation and distribution of the 240G and Finance newsletters, keeping our teams informed and engaged.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with our creative team to produce digital and print materials, such as event signage and backdrops, ensuring brand consistency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent Writer: 1 to 3 years of experience in professional writing, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful messages.
- Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Highly Organized: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage various communication initiatives effectively.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Email Distribution Tools: Experience with tools like Poppulo or similar is a plus.
- SharePoint Expertise: Familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous.
- In-Office Experience: Prior experience in an office environment is beneficial but not required.
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Preferred: Additional certifications or coursework in related areas.
