What You’ll Do

Pay: $15/hr

We’re looking for someone who thrives on the idea of growing a brand through organic social channels, has a keen eye for identifying audience needs, and excels in storytelling and community building. You’re a trend-savvy creator with a talent for crafting meaningful connections and an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Scheduling:
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms
- Experiment on non-traditional platforms
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with brand goals
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers promptly and authentically
- Participate in growing the community by initiating conversations and building relationships with influencers and followers
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve content performance and audience engagement
- Audience Research:
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share recommendations for new opportunities to innovate and enhance the brand's online presence by knowing the audience deeply
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with product & design teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals
- Support team initiatives, including campaigns, events, and partnerships
You Must Have
- Examples of content you have created - they can be personal projects. Applications without a link to a social platform or website where we can view your social content will not be considered. Test content specific to this application are acceptable
- Demonstrated knowledge of major social media platforms & administration of those platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creativity and a keen eye for design
- Basic knowledge of photo editing tools (e.g., Canva) and video editing software is a plus
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Passion for storytelling and building online communities

Job Details & Work Environment
- This is a remote position requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 25hours per week
- Pay is $15/hr
- Flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule but must commit to a set posting schedule
