We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that seamlessly blend retail, digital, partnership and experiential marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in brand management, data-driven marketing, and team leadership to drive measurable business results. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will sit in our Philadelphia HQ 4 days/ week.

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Brand Stewardship: Steward and champion brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to enhance brand equity and market presence.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: Lead efforts to integrate campaigns across owned (digital and retail), third party, content, and experiential marketing channels for a cohesive customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a young marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Campaign Development: Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with target audience insights and business goals.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and analyze performance data to measure the success of marketing efforts, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, finance, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and execution.
- Agency, Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to support key initiatives. Oversee external creative resources and media agency.
- Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, creative and communications to maintain and grow Insomnia Cookies disruptor status in the indulgence category.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on integrated marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering ROI.
