Who you are:
The VIP & Celebrity Relations Senior Manager is responsible for creating and executing the strategy for Celebrity & VIP Relations for North America. The VIP & Celebrity Relations Senior Manager will be responsible for developing new and enhancing existing relationships with Celebrities/VIPs and stylists. In partnership with the New York Office, the VIP & Celebrity Relations Senior Manager will coordinate with Celebrities/VIPs and their stylists to ensure consistency of brand message and direction. The VIP & Celebrity Relations Senior Manager must possess strong project management skills and strong media and stylist relationships within the industry.
What You’ll Do:
- In partnership with the New York press office and Global Head of Celebrity & VIP Relations in Milan, develop and implement a comprehensive Celebrity & VIP Relations strategy that aligns with the brand's overall marketing and PR objectives
- Manage editorial and celebrity requests for the LA Showroom/West Coast
- Drive best practices and successful collaboration with internal teams in New York (marketing, merchandising, visual, retail, and wholesale) and Milan
- Act as the point of contact in the LA Showroom for the Cucinelli family by assisting in preparations for their visits, requests, and briefings
- Attract new VIP/Celebrities to the brand by utilizing both personal network and talent agencies, managers, and personal assistants
- Conduct VIP fittings and seasonal product showings for Celebrities/VIPs and stylists
- Elevate the brand messaging through the strategic placement of product
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, and product teams to identify seasonal items of importance for the brand to ensure public visibility through Celebrities/VIPs.
- Ideate communication and PR strategies to support key business goals; utilize strong media contacts to promote the Brunello Cucinelli brand
- Stay up to date: with industry trends, celebrity news, and popular culture to identify potential brand ambassadors and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with the New York PR and marketing teams to develop and support event ideas by securing local media coverage and attendance, as well as Celebrity/VIP and stylist attendance when relevant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Degree in Marketing and Communication preferred
- 8-10+ years of experience in VIP & Celebrity Relations, luxury retail preferred
- Understanding of RTW and Styling, Men's Tailoring preferred
- Existing portfolio of relevant established Celebrity/VIP and stylist relationships
- Proven track record of successful relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the media landscape; knowledge of what it takes to generate impactful US media coverage
- Experience in developing and successfully executing a VIP/Celebrity relations strategy
- Ability to work cross-functionally to develop strategic initiatives on a global scale
- Knowledge of and passion for the Brunello Cucinelli brand
- Familiarity with Brunello Cucinelli Celebrity/VIP friends of the brand
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful results
- Thrive on working collaboratively with team members across the company
- Convey a positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems
- Ability to seek feedback and seek other points-of-view while maintaining a confident direction

As required by Los Angeles salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000-$125,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
