Next Generation Marketingis a premiere promotions and sales firm located in the Bay area. We are looking for 2-3 Full Time Entry Level Marketing Managers to join our rapidly expanding retail marketing team! The Entry Level Marketing Manager will work side by side with our Senior Event Managers within our retail event division to learn all aspects of running a successful special marketing and promotional retail event. The Entry Level Marketing Manager will achieve success through hands on training focused on bolstering Marketing and Promotions Techniques, Brand Maintenance, Customer Retention, and Client Satisfaction.
Entry Level Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist the Promotions Team in developing and executing marketing strategies for each event
- Coordinate event activities including event setup, visual merchandising and inventory control
- Process, generate and track event sales
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines and schedules
- Serve as Event Manager when necessary
Entry Level Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 1-2 years of marketing, sales, or customer service experience
- Positive attitude and competitive spirit
- Able to problem solve effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
- Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
- Strong desire to work in the retail/ marketing/ sales or promotional event field
Please note, this is a full-time position that requires working on-site at specific retail locations throughout the East Bay. Upon completion of training, we offera base pay with the opportunity to earn additional commissions based on personal performance. The average pay for our entry level associates is $800-$1600 per week.
