Job Description: Brand Manager, The Hair Edit
Role reporting into VP of brands.
Overview:
As the Brand Manager for THE Hair Edit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy. You’ll be the driving force behind the brand’s voice, innovation plan and market presence. We will work on strategic innovation plans. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure seamless integration across all channels, from online platforms to major retailers. Brand Voice and Content:
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
- Create compelling brand content, including website copy, imagery and video taking into account social and ecom needs.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
Brand Vision and Strategy:
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- Analyze the market and competitors; Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Align brand strategy with overall business goals
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Omni-Channel Marketing Strategies:
- Develop integrated marketing plans that span digital, retail, and other channels.
- Work closely with channel heads to align brand initiatives.
- Optimize customer touchpoints to enhance brand experience through the right campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare and lead present brand / innovation presentations to key retailers.
Product Innovation:
- Identify need gaps and opportunities and propose a strategic pipeline of innovation to drive brand’s growth.
- Contribute to the product development process in collaboration with the innovation manager
- Develop artwork for new products
Go-to-Market (GTM) and Integrated Monthly Marketing Calendar:
- Develop GTM strategies for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Create a monthly marketing calendar with themes, promotions, and events.
- Coordinate execution across channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
