Feeney is looking for a dynamic, passionate building products brand advocate to join a very energetic and driven Marketing team. In this role you will be managing the daily administrative tasks of the marketing department, while supporting your fellow team members to ensure the department runs smoothly. This role will be the vital component that keeps this department organized, moving forward and meeting or exceeding deadlines. The love of organizing and project management will be key to this role with an eye for the details.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for “first contact” of leads generated via events, advertising, social media, online etc. Tasks include fast response time, compilation, formatting, uploading, and communication to relevant parties.
• Execute administrative tasks for our Photo contest, including monitoring email box, managing entrant communication, compilation of all entrants for judging, and prize distribution.
• Monitor, ideation and execution of administrative tasks for customer programs (Dealer, Distributor, Contractor Programs)
• Design, Organize and execute coordination of trade shows and national events.
• Execute administrative tasks for compilation of KPI/Metrics reporting for team to review monthly.
• Assist marketing, product, and finance team in maintaining and updating price lists when needed.
• Promotional store monitoring, updating and communication as needed.
• Email signature updates for events and promotions.
• Marketing materials inventory monitoring, reporting, communication and reordering as needed.
• Marketing project software/tools administration as well as the administration task of keeping all projects pushing through the process to completion. Coordination with all parties, internal or external, to keep the projects moving, this includes anything from product launches to a brochure. Managing the checklist as well as deliverables to assist our team in on time delivery.
• Maintain the Marketing calendar – (Media placement, campaigns, etc.)
• Assist the full marketing team in anything that is needed.
• Special projects as assigned.
Required Skills:
• Self-motivated and positive, well organized, detail oriented, and a team player.
• Demonstrated proficiency composing written communications and document processes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate and solid Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Working knowledge of CSV importing, data mining, report generation, searches.
• Strong multi-tasking skills for timely completion of duties in coordination and collaboration with other marketing team members and departments.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and meet those deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a marketing department.
- Ability to travel, as required.
