Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our agency as the Director of Creative. In this position, you will play a key role in building out our Creative department. In addition, you’ll be the primary lead partnering with our graphic designers to build creative assets that align with our brands’ identities and are performance driven. Your creative vision will be instrumental in driving our clients' success and helping HYPE10 continue to be on the forefront of the digital marketing space.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and help build out the creative division at the company
- Drive creative strategy for performance-driven assets across our largest brands
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team to develop ideas that align with our brands' visual identity and will drive actionable results from campaigns
- Ensure that the creative concepts developed by each brand are authentically captured and delivered as final content across Paid Platforms
- Develop systems and processes that allow for seamless, effective, and efficient collaboration between the creative team and the paid media buying team
- Review and approve work developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
- Develop junior team members by providing training, guidance, and feedback
- Ideate compelling messaging angles for graphic designers to execute upon
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role, ideally in an agency setting
- A brand-first, data-inspired approach to design, where the performance of your team's content genuinely motivates and excites you
- Years of experience across the entire creative campaign lifecycle: Roadmapping, Concepting, Building, and Testing.
- Thorough understanding of creative strategy as it pertains to the DTC and eCommerce ecosystem
- Knowledge of how Creative partners with Paid Media to drive Brand performance
- Working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.
- Highly skilled with building and leading a diverse team of creative talent
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills
- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
- Stays on top of trends that develop within the digital marketing landscape
Salary Range: $125k-150k
