Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Create comprehensive marketing plans to drive clinical patient acquisition and enhance brand awareness among patients with diabetes, healthcare providers (HCPs), and healthcare institutions.
- Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and other channels to reach target audiences.
Patient Acquisition Campaigns:
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining patients.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Brand Awareness and Positioning:
- Enhance brand visibility and credibility within the digital healthcare and direct to consumer (DTC) markets.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media channels by creating and promoting original marketing content.
- Oversee community management and user engagement across all channels, including acquiring user testimonials
- Manage partnerships and marketing strategy with large companies in the healthcare space.
Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and newsletters.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
PR Activities:
- Plan, oversee, and execute PR activities to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with the product, design, patient experience, and C-suite teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track expenses and ROI for marketing activities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the digital health or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success in patient acquisition and growth marketing for virtual care solutions or other healthcare DTC solutions.
- 5+ years of experience developing marketing strategies for both D2C and B2B channels.
- Solid grasp of strategic marketing principles with extensive hands-on experience across social media and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), including content development, publishing, and insight reporting through those platforms.
