Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FranDev (Franchise Development) Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract, engage, and convert prospective franchisees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise development marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving growth in a values-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support franchise development goals, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Campaign Management: Working with the wider team, design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, events) to attract prospective franchisees.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, blog posts, social media content, and case studies that highlight the benefits of becoming a Caring Transitions franchisee.
- Lead Generation: Working with the wider team, manage and optimize lead generation tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Caring Transitions brand image, ensuring all marketing materials and communications align with the company’s values and mission.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, franchise development experience preferred
Skills:
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
