The Vice President (VP) of Marketing at Fresh Coat is an innovative marketing leader who will elevate the brand, supporting our network to reach new heights. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies that strengthen Fresh Coat’s market position and achieve desired business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that are innovative, actionable, measurable, and align with the overall business strategy.
- Drive the optimization of products, services, and brand reach through strategic marketing efforts.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, ensuring all programs are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Maintain a franchise-focused approach, prioritizing network support and franchisee success in decision-making.
- Foster an entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
- Create, deploy, manage, and report on digital marketing initiatives, customer acquisition & retention programs, automated/triggered campaigns, and CRM communications.
- Analyze web traffic metrics and provide solutions to enhance web presence and performance.
- Monitor and manage SEO/SEM strategies, marketing analytics, and sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implement and execute online platform strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the development, management, and measurement of digital marketing campaigns, including website content, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
- Lead content creation and manage presence on social networking sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and other industry-specific online communities.
- Research products, services, and current marketing strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Develop and execute creative public relations strategies to build brand awareness and expand market reach.
- Train and coach franchisees on marketing best practices, social media optimization, website management, and campaign execution to maximize their success.
- Support franchisees in implementing effective local marketing practices to drive customer acquisition and retention within their communities.
- Ensure marketing efforts focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, enhancing satisfaction, and building long-term loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, with strong planning, prioritization, and budget management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex marketing data and drive growth through metric-driven insights.

Working Hours/Environment:
- Standard office hours (40 hours per week), with the potential for additional hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
- Work conducted from the franchise corporate office, with travel up to 25%.
