We’re looking for a dynamic National Accounts Marketing Coordinator to be a driving force behind our referral and partnership growth efforts. As the National Accounts Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining relationships with key partners across various industries and leading the charge in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns, optimizing referral channels, and amplifying our brand visibility through innovative social media strategies and targeted content.

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Management:
- Identify and actively pursue referral and partnership opportunities that drive business growth.
- Develop and manage social campaigns to drive brand awareness and target audiences including property managers, medical and health facilities, federal & state property services, HOAs, and educational institutions.
- Equip partners with marketing collateral, tools, and resources to enhance referral generation.
- Provide ongoing marketing support, including training sessions on best practices, to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Marketing Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute year-round marketing campaigns to drive referral growth, incorporating a variety of channels such as email, social media, and content marketing to engage partners and generate leads.
- Create and distribute targeted marketing content tailored to National Account audiences, including newsletters, blog posts, case studies, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the internal Marketing and Commercial & National Accounts teams to ensure cohesive messaging, consistent branding, and successful campaign execution.
Social Media & Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation within the commercial market.
- Create and manage content calendars for social media channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to engage with partners, respond to inquiries, and build relationships.
- Produce high-quality visual content (graphics, videos, etc.) for social media that resonates with National Account audiences.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Systems & Process Improvement:
- Leverage marketing automation, CRM management, and analytics to track and manage campaign performance.
- Continuously refine and optimize marketing processes, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
- Integrate social media tracking into CRM to monitor leads and engagement coming from social platforms.
Data-Driven Performance Management:
- Marketing automation, management, and data analytics to streamline campaign execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to referral generation, marketing campaigns, and partner engagement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform and optimize future marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting campaign outcomes, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication:
- Partner closely with National Account, Operations, Marketing, and other departments to ensure full alignment on business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams and external partners, providing regular updates on campaign progress and key initiatives.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and ongoing business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related role.
- Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing strategies.
