Position Overview:
As the Brand Partnerships rep, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by developing and executing comprehensive brand partnership strategies. Reporting to the executive team, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with leading brands to enhance our market position, drive revenue growth, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, driving partnership initiatives, and achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with leading brands to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, including terms, pricing, and deliverables, to maximize value for all parties involved.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction and mutual success.
- Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partnership strategies and drive innovation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to foster new partnerships and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships with leading brands.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, advertising, and consumer behavior trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership strategies that drive measurable results.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
