Role Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing marketing communications campaigns and events that drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that BrightNight’s marketing and events align with our strategic goals and deliver a high return on investment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and events strategy that supports our business objectives and enhances our brand presence.
- Identify target audiences and create marketing content that resonates with them.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, booklets, signage, invitations, promotional content, presentations, and customer communications.
- Manage marketing project budgets, track expenses, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Plan, organize, and manage a variety of event projects, including trade shows, conferences, leadership summits, webinars, and internal employee meetings.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, procurement, registration, and on-site execution.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our marketing communications and events strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, thought leadership and event platforms, and other stakeholders.
- Travel as needed to support project execution and attend key industry events.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications and events, preferably in the renewable energy or enterprise technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing communications strategies.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Self-motivated, innovative and resourceful, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
