A social media marketing manager is a digital strategist who manages a brand's social media presence, acting as its voice and face online. They are responsible for creating, curating, and posting content, as well as engaging with communities and building an audience.
Duties:
* Content creation
Writing compelling content or sourcing it from other sources
* Campaign development
Planning and developing social media campaigns, including marketing plans and programs for each product
* Social network management
Maintaining and growing social networks, and securing new media partnerships
* Audience engagement
Interacting with customers on different channels, responding to comments, and building relationships with subscribers
* Performance analysis
Monitoring the performance of social media accounts, including analyzing campaigns and using analytics to understand how well posts and ads are performing
* Trend awareness
Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and conducting competitor research
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate marketing and marketing projects.
Determine and manage customer awareness and review flow.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction.
