Develop and execute marketing strategies in support of the overall MRG brand, including corporate, apartment marketing and commercial leasing initiatives, with major emphasis on digital strategies. The ideal candidate will be an independent contractor desiring a part-time, senior level position that could be combined with similar work for other clients in non-competing industries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of agency and/or client-side marketing experience in an account executive, marketing management or similar role with significant experience in the planning and execution of marketing strategies focused on, but not limited to, digital media
- Experience in or knowledge of commercial real estate, particularly multifamily, is desirable but not required
- Existing relationships with vendors providing complementary services, e.g., photography, graphic design, videography, web development, etc., highly desired
- Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, vendors, etc
- A high level of familiarity with content management systems (particularly WordPress), SEO, Google Analytics, social media and email platforms, PPC, survey tools, customer relationship management and other relevant software
- Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making
- Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trends
- Excellent project management skills
