Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Sr. Specialist - Enterprise Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will plan, develop, and evaluate integrated multichannel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive measurable results. Acting as a "campaign architect," you will orchestrate all elements of campaigns across various channels while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and design skills, a knack for visual storytelling, and a proven ability to transform data into actionable insights and captivating presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of integrated multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including playbooks, go-to-market strategies, media briefs, and other key documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create visually compelling presentations and proposals for diverse audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and synthesize data into insights to build performance recaps and storytelling frameworks.
- Utilize project management tools to oversee campaign deliverables and ensure on-time execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
- Strong campaign planning and project management skills; experience with tools like JIRA is a plus.
- Exceptional creative, analytical, and storytelling skills with proficiency in presentation design.
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and visually engaging formats.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with visual storytelling and design.
- Strong conceptual skills with adaptability to feedback in the creative process.
- Proficiency in developing performance recaps and data-driven storytelling.
