About the role:
We are seeking an accomplished executive to join our team as the Vice President, Strategy and Growth. This individual will play a critical role in driving the commercial growth and success of our company, with the potential to advance to the role of President.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and expansion, aligning with the company's mission and values while leveraging your healthcare industry expertise.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with healthcare systems, payors, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Refine and optimize existing processes and procedures to support growth and scalability.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and account management.
- Act as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall company direction and decision-making.
- Represent the company in external negotiations and interactions with partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably within pre-Series B companies.
- Experience driving significant revenue growth and scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, with experience in both public and private sectors, including healthcare systems, providers, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Extensive business network, with a history of impact-driven business development.
- Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at an executive level.
