Vaco is actively seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our client’s ongoing integrated marketing initiatives.

Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in planning, developing, and evaluating integrated multichannel marketing campaigns that support specific campaigns or business objectives.
In this role you will be able to orchestrate the elements necessary to bring a campaign to life across various touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will be driven, strategic, and detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling through creative visuals and marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Support the development and execution of integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and overall strategic goals.
- Campaign Architecture: Orchestrating all elements of a campaign, including digital, print, social media, email, and other relevant marketing touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- Proposal & Platform Creation: Collaborate with management to design and deliver compelling proposals and platforms that are visually engaging and tailored to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
- Market & Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for optimization and future campaigns.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing activities are in alignment with the company’s branding guidelines and strategic goals.
- Content Development: Assist with the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and content that engage and communicate effectively with target audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field desired.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
- Experience in presentation design, visual storytelling, and content creation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.), and other relevant marketing software.

- Employment Type: 6 month term with option to extend / convert to permanent employment
- Start Date: Immediate
- Location: Memphis, TN
- Target Compensation: $25.00 p/h

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
