As a Marketing Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Managing team communications and portals; developing presentations, including content creation and cross-team orchestration
- Providing comprehensive ownership of multi-channel campaign strategy development and planning including identifying deliverables, creating detailed schedules, and organizing logistics
- Monitoring and optimizing advertising campaigns, storytelling with data for insightful reports, client services, educating internal teams on processes applicable to other teams workflows
- Working closely with product managers to define key value props, positioning & messaging of new products and features
- Creating compelling use-case-specific messaging and content, collaborating with other subject matter experts
- Gathering ongoing customer data via a variety of data collections methods and partnering with research to better understand the needs and experiences of customers
- Advising clients on preferred methodologies based on company data and insights for achieving their campaign goals
- Writing content that can be easily split between articles, guides, ebooks, use cases or white papers
- Engaging with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress
- Serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader
- Generating unique insights to educate and inform internal stakeholders to prioritize and evaluate product opportunities

Requirements
You have:
- 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience
- Residency in Washington State or Texas
- Experience dealing with ambiguous requests, while able to synthesize information into recommendations across a variety of audiences
- Proven success in strategy development: positioning and messaging of new and existing products and features
- An insatiable love for writing and an exceptional eye for detail and consistency
- Experience working as a consultant
- Exposure to an entire breadth of marketing channels and tactics to drive growth
- Minimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university
You might also have:
- Robust data and analytical skills
- Experience working as an FTE or contractor for Microsoft
- Intermediate experience in digital advertising, preferably within the programmatic landscape
- Experience with Customer Success / User Experience best practices
- Experience with product management best practices

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 80,000 - 120,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
